Abstract - Aggression – Two Biological Depictions

The objective of the text is to present and consider two biological theories of aggression: Lo-renz‘s etological theory and Wilson‘s sociobiological theory. I point out and discuss strong and weak points of mentioned conceptions, and I stress similarities and dissimilarities between them. The conclusion is that biological perspective is a necessary perspective in order to describe and explain phenomenon of aggression. Moreover, some common arguments against Lorenz‘s theory and Wilson‘s theory are weak and inconclusive.
In the article were used three methods: analytical, hermeneutical, and comparative method.
