In February 2009, it was SIP to co-organize a methodological-training seminar on Methodological and teaching aspects of budo training and their influence on the development of culture by means of martial arts. The seminar was held from the 8th to 15th February in Monachium and Weichs (Germany). It was chaired by a master of martial arts, meijin Lothar Sieber, a honorary president of DDBV e.V and SIP, a championship holder in judo-do/jujutsu, a world leader (dai-soke) in zendo karate tai-te-tao style. The majority of classes were held on a mat housed in The Master L. Sieber's School in Monachium. Both a methodological training and practice were conducted by Lothar and Hannelor Sieber (jujutsu and zendo karate) as well as W.J. Cynarski (zendo karate and iaido). Furthermore, the shihan title-holders were allowed to participate in a training session with a wooden mannequin as well as form exercises involving the use of sai forks.
In turn, in Weichs shihan Cynarski and master Sieber fathomed all the tricks of natural and martial arts medicine, the so-called bujutsu ido Similarly, the conference bringing together leaders of all the co-operating organizations complemented with interdisciplinary research on martial arts took place there.
